How do I order?

The order process is divided into five simple steps and should take between 15-30 minutes, depending on the duration and nature of your career so far. You will begin by selecting the tariff that best represents your circumstances - once you have chosen your tariff you will be invited to add any additional extras to your order (e.g. a covering letter). Once you have chosen your relevant service you will be redirected to Paypal, here you can pay using either your credit/debit card or Paypal account if you have one. After making your payment you will be redirected to our CV order form, here we gather most of the information required to prepare your new CV – please take your time and give us as much information as possible, if we need to know anything else we’ll contact you.

The first draft of your new CV will be delivered to your email inbox within 3-5 business days. If you are not 100% satisfied with our work we’ll rewrite it for free – it’s as simple as that.  Click here to choose the tariff that reflects your situation and have one of our consultants begin work on your new CV today.

Are there any other ways I can order and make payment?

Yes, we accept payment by cheque. You can mail us all of your old CVs plus any additional information along with a cheque. Please get in touch through the contact page for details.

Why are you more expensive than other CV writing companies?

Some CV writing companies charge as little as £10.00 per CV. When you consider that it takes us between 2-3 hours to write a quality CV, it is hard to imagine how any quality service could stay in business charging so little. We offer a professional and reliable service; the prices of our CVs reflect the time and effort that go into each and every one of them.   

Why do prices vary with career duration?

Quite simply, every client is different. Obviously a CV for a CEO with over thirty years experience will require more time and effort than a CV for a school-leaver.  

Why do I have to pay up front?

Once we have delivered our service we have very little power to ensure our customers pay. Up front payment ensures we have no bad debts and can focus on what we’re best at – writing CVs.

What if I am not happy with my new CV?

We offer a free amendment service until you are 100% happy with our work. If you are not happy with your new CV then treat it as a draft – mark areas you are unhappy with on your new CV and send it back - our consultants will revise each area of concern for free.
